1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Chalika ERP website (chalikaerp.com) or the Chalika ERP cloud software, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you subscribe on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the service and contact us.

2. Description of Service

Chalika ERP is a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software built specifically for small and medium businesses in Bangladesh. It includes modules for inventory management, sales, purchases, point of sale (POS), accounting, reports, and ecommerce. The software is available in both Bengali and English and can be accessed from any device with an internet connection.

3. Accounts & User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (email and password) confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • Every package includes unlimited branches and unlimited users — all user activity remains subject to these terms.

4. Subscription & Payment

Chalika ERP subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly. Current packages: Inventory-only (from ৳990/month), Starter (৳3,000/month), Business (৳7,000/month), and custom Enterprise plans. Annual billing carries a 20% discount. The latest prices are always published on our pricing page. Price changes never take effect before the end of your current billing cycle, and you will be notified in advance.

5. Free Trial

New customers get a 14-day free trial — no credit card or advance payment required. If you do not subscribe after the trial, your account may be suspended, but your data is retained for a reasonable period so you can subscribe later and recover it.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, the service remains active until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable; for exceptional circumstances, contact our support team — each refund request is reviewed individually.

7. Data Ownership & Protection

You own all of your business data (products, sales, purchases, accounts, and so on). We process it solely to provide the service. Data export is available on request. For details on how data is collected and protected, see our Privacy Policy. Regular backups are maintained, though we also recommend keeping your own backups of critical data.

8. Acceptable Use

  • The software may not be used for any unlawful activity.
  • Reverse engineering, copying, or reselling the software is prohibited.
  • You may not attempt to breach server security or disrupt the normal operation of the service.
  • For violations, we reserve the right to issue a warning, temporarily suspend, or terminate the account.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Chalika ERP software, logo, design, and documentation remain with the Chalika ERP team. A subscription grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the software — not ownership of it.

10. Service Availability & Limitation of Liability

We strive for maximum uptime, but the service may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or causes beyond our control (such as internet outages). Advance notice is given for planned maintenance whenever possible. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chalika ERP's liability for indirect or incidental damages is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when necessary. For significant changes, we will notify you via the website or email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
